„As an independent unit of the LBBW Group, we are responsible for the business lines retail banking and medium-sized corporate clients. Within retail banking, one of BW Bank’s key competencies lies in the card business.

METIS has assisted our team in the development and introduction of an innovative card product, which enabled us to address a new target group and strengthen our overall market position. The tasks conducted by METIS included a detailed feasibility study, the selection of cooperation partners, the development of product features as well as a profitability assessment in form of a business case.

During the course of the project, METIS combined profound industry insight with a systematically structured method to develop a holistic and substantial market and target group analysis. Furthermore, METIS recommendations always maintained a high level of pragmatism and displayed an invigorating entrepreneurial spirit.
